Delete your account

Enter the email address on your Gem Quest account. We will send a one-time verification link before any data is removed.

Permanent deletion covers your profile, cloud progress, inventory, sessions, Gem Circle friendships and presence, inbox state, completed Duel account data, personal purchase records, entitlements, and associated gameplay diagnostics.

1. Request a secure verification email.
2. Open the 30-minute link sent to that address.
3. Review and confirm permanent deletion.
